Returns Policy

At CMS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. 


Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Customized or personalized items (including Initials / Club Logo)
  • Gift cards.
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., makeup, skincare).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us on the "Contact Us" Page with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.


Return Shipping

  • Domestic Orders: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • International Orders: If you are outside of the United Kingdom, please note that any shipping fees, taxes, or duties incurred on the return shipment will be your responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. First, check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us on the "Contact Us" Page.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately on the "Contact Us" Page with details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost.


Final Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
